I am pleased to write this testimonial for Vanessa Dang, salesperson for Rockwood Kitchens in Peterborough, Ontario. Based on my experience working with her through many meetings in her office and several visits to my home to plan design, select cabinets and accessories and to make my dream for a new kitchen a reality in my small condominium. Vanessa was very patient with me because I was fussy about the color and size of the cabinets and granite countertop to coordinate with the furniture and color scheme of my living and dining rooms, which are open and visible to each other and the kitchen.

Vanessa is a lovely, intelligent lady who knows what she is doing. She carried out her duties with a calm, cool attitude and attention to details. Vanessa works well with other staff member who are responsible for preparing and installing new kitchen cabinets and the beautiful granite countertop. It was obvious to me that the staff respect and admire Vanessa.

Planning and installing my new kitchen was a wonderful experience for me, thanks to Vanessa, who made the effort so challenging, satisfying and fun. I especially appreciated the opportunity to meet and work with her.

When we decided that we needed a new kitchen, and saw the advertised price at Rockwood Kitchens, I certainly was not expecting the quality of their cabinets. It was exceptional. Right then we decided to go with Rockwood Kitchen’s to install our new kitchen.
From the inset, Lindsay was very helpful with this venture, with answering emails and phone calls in a timely fashion.
With the initial visit with a computer generated diagram, we could see the transformation from the old to the new which was very exciting in itself.
We had Monty the installer take out our old cabinets, which was well worth it (we may have a few holes to fill with using sledgehammers if we did it)
We couldn’t believe how everything flowed together between flooring company, electrician, plumber, the cabinet take down and re install of new cabinets, the granite install. Everything was completed on time and in 3 week time period.

Thank you to everyone at Rockwood Kitchen’s for your professional service. We love our new Kitchen, and I’d recommend you every time!
